The salmon-colored lentils cook quickly and do not need to be soaked. These types of lentils, which are easily digestible, have a nice, nutty taste. Often used in fish, meat and vegetable dishes. Goes well with all salads and is the king of vegetarian hamburgers. The legume is very rich in nutrients. Above all, it is an important supplier of vegetable proteins (protein).
