Lemon curd (lemon cream) / Beirabaga / Creme de limão, 270g

You should definitely try this delicious lemon cream. It provides a great variety and can be used in many ways, e.g. B. stir into natural yogurt or muesli.
At the Great Taste Award 2017, the lemon curd from the company “Beirabaga” was awarded 2 stars and was described as having an exceptional taste.
The recipes for this cream were devised by monastery women at a time when gelling agents, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors were unthinkable. To this day they contain no colorings or preservatives and no flavor enhancers. Only ripe fruits and sugar/honey are used.
Over the last two decades, Beirabaga has won many medals and awards in various national competitions for products made from traditional Portuguese fruit.
