An herb for making tea.
Slightly bitter, harmonious taste.
Latin: Bardanae Rad. BIO conc.
Botanical: Arctium la is best made into tea or a strong brew.
The taste of the burdock root vegetable is somewhat reminiscent of that of salsify. The burdock roots can contain many bitter substances. The root also tastes very good in a soup - together with other vegetables.

    Tea preparation:
    Take 2 teaspoons of cut burdock roots and pour 1/2 liter of cold water over them. The infusion is then left to steep for around 5 hours, then boiled for 1 minute and strained. It is recommended to drink a cup of tea three times a day.
