It is a buttery, aged cow's milk cheese with a soft, white consistency. The cheese is without rind.
A wonderfully mild taste with a creamy aroma make this cheese one of our favorites.
Consumption recommendation:
without a side dish, enjoy in pieces, on bread, also with jam or with fruit.
The weight varies between 430g-500g - as it is a natural product.
