Pomegranates that have a longer ripening time and are therefore sweeter often develop cracks in the peel. Already on the tree, the fruits want to burst open and continue to multiply. This is a completely normal, natural process. If the pomegranate seeds inside are not visible, the fruit can of course be eaten. You can also use the bowls to make tea.

Noch mal ganz klar gesagt: unsere naturbelassenen Früchte die wir Ihnen senden, sind in der Regel nicht in diesem Reifegrad, ohne Ethylen-Begasung und ohne giftige Anti-Schimmelpilz-Tauchbäder zu bekommen. Und das aus gutem Grund:
Als Produzent verlieren wir einen nicht unerheblichen Teil unserer Produktion durch das späte Ernten. Den Transport wird die eine oder andere Frucht vielleicht nicht „schaffen“, und bei Ihnen wird auch die knappe Gradwanderung zwischen reifer Frucht und natürlichem Vergang sichtbar.
Der Geschmack allerdings überzeugt!
Sein Sie sich im Klaren. Sie bestellen Natur-Früchte, keine Industrieware. Wir bekämpfen nicht das natürliche Miteinander, dass in einem Ökosystem gegeben sein sollte. Bei uns werden Sie keine Monoplantage finden, sondern einen großen "Garten", im Einklang mit der Natur. Eine Oase für Mensch und Tier. Daher ist es wichtig, die Früchte gut, kühl (1-6°C Kühlschrank) und trocken zu lagern.
Sie werden die Liebe die wir in den Anbau unserer Früchte stecken, wirklich schmecken. ❤

    This variety is not suitable for storage!

    If you need larger quantities of seeds. Quarter the fruit horizontally, cut off the stalk and break it up in a bowl of water. The seeds fall down. The white membranes and the shell float on the water and are therefore easy to separate. The water also has the advantage that the pomegranate juice does not splash around in the kitchen if the seed coat bursts when it is removed. The sap causes stubborn stains on clothing and tablecloths that are difficult to remove. If it does happen; After washing, hang it up in the sun and let it dry.
