Goji berries contain, among other things, essential fatty acids, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, iron, copper, nickel, chromium, magnesium, sodium, calcium, various amino acids and vital substances. Goji is the fruit rich in antioxidants. The ripe berry is comparable in size to a grape,
and then dried it is the size of a raisin. Dried goji berries can be excellently added to muesli, salads, yoghurts and significantly enhance the food with their fruity taste.
