A dark, mildly spicy forest honey with a slightly malty aroma and a subtle caramel note.
The honey is collected from the flowers of the eucalyptus tree. This is also the reason why the honey does not specifically taste like eucalyptus, because the essential oils are mainly found in the leaves and not in the flowers.
