Fenugreek is very spicy, aromatic and slightly bitter in taste. Gives fish soups, pumpkin vegetables, onion vegetables, eggplants, potatoes, meatloaf and flatbread a special touch. In Alpine countries it is used to flavor herb cheese. It is also used as an additive when pickling vegetables and to refine fried dishes or fish dishes.
