Eucalyptus blossom honey / Apicortes / Mel de eucalipto, 480g
Eucalyptus blossom honey / Apicortes / Mel de eucalipto, 480g is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
A dark, mildly spicy forest honey with a slightly malty aroma and a delicate caramel note. The flavor is slightly reminiscent of sugar cane syrup with a very light, bitter woody note. A honey with an unusual taste.
The honey is collected from the blossoms of the eucalyptus tree. This is also the reason why the honey doesn't explicitly taste of eucalyptus, as the essential oils are found primarily in the leaves and not the blossoms.
