A really successful top wine from the Monte da Ravasqueira winery in the Alentejo.
Composed from the three varieties Antao Vaz 45%, Arinto 35% and Viognier with 20%, the specialists Pedro Pereira Gonçalves and Vasco Rosa Santos have created a masterpiece.
Antao Vaz gives the wine the fruity fullness of exotic fruit with melon, papaya and lime.
Arinto is responsible for the structure and the fine, crisp acidity.
Viognier gives the exotic minerality and fullness on the palate.
Color: clear and bright.
A wine that can develop even further if stored properly.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C

The Signature designation is awarded by a well-trained team of oenologists. The wines must have outstanding characteristics and be storable wines. As a rule, only very few wines and usually only small batches are given the designation Signature.
