White wine Reserva Dão DOC / Vinha Maria / Vinho branco reserva dão, 750ml

The full, intense taste of the DAO region. A light color, like lemons with slightly greenish reflections. A distinct aroma that predominates with tropical fruits, exotic fruits, citrus flowers and limes.
Taste fruity, fresh, pleasantly full-bodied, elegant and harmonious.
Grape varieties: Bical and Malvasia Fine.
Manual harvest. Complete destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15°C.

Serving temperature: 8°C

The term Reserva refers to red wines that have to mature for a full three years, i.e. 36 months, before being sold - at least twelve months of which in oak barrels. The wine can spend the rest of the time in the bottle. As a rule, the time in the barrel is longer than the aging time in the bottle.
