The taste is a balance between ripe fruit and obvious freshness.
A little acid and a lot of fruit. Grapes: Syrah, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet.
Harvest: grapes harvested by hand, without foliage.

This wine is linked to the oenologist and manager of Monte da Ravasqueira, who brought Guarda Rios in 2012.
Just like the kingfishers, this wine migrated and settled near the dams of an estate in Arraiolos, where it found the ideal terroir to express all its exuberance and liveliness.
In the winery, the grapes were vinified at low temperatures to preserve all the intensity of the aromas and flavors of the typical varieties of the region.
This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels for about 10 months.
