The Medjool Bonbon is a Medjool date that is selectively hand-picked immediately after ripening and before drying out on the tree. This makes it a very juicy fruit. The costs of growing, harvesting and caring for this fruit are significantly higher than those of the classic dried Medjool and require much more care.
