Storage instructions:
Always store olives in a cool, dark place. Once the vacuum packaging is opened, we recommend consuming the olives promptly. If you want to store the olives for a longer period, you can easily make your own brine: 7 tablespoons of sea salt per 1 liter of water. The olives should be completely covered with the brine and stored in a sealable container in the refrigerator.
What happens if the package shows small white dots?
Small white dots on the surface are a natural process:
This is crystallized olive oil that solidifies when stored in cool conditions, forming a pasty, whitish layer. This is completely harmless and disappears on its own once the olives return to room temperature.
