Olival da Risca, "Selektion mild", Extra Virgin, organic, made from traditional Portuguese olive varieties, adds a delicate touch to dishes without overpowering their flavors. Its taste is exceptionally harmonious.

The olive oils from Olival da Risca are exclusively "extra virgin" – each one a premium organic olive oil. As untreated natural products of the highest quality, these olive oils are obtained with the utmost care from optimally ripened olives. The olives are ground in the estate's own oil mill immediately after harvesting and then subjected to gentle cold extraction. This process preserves all the valuable nutrients of the olives, resulting in outstanding olive oils with an intensely green to golden-yellow color, a fruity taste, and a characteristic aroma.
