The Olival da risca, Virgin Extra, BIO, is a cuveé, a composition of olives from various traditional Portuguese olive varieties such as Galega, Grada de Serpa, Galega Vulgar, Verdeal de Serpa, Cordovil de Serpa, Carrasquenha, Mançanilha and Gamenha.
The harmony of fruity-spicy nuances, slight bitterness and good spiciness in this distinctive olive oil remains in the mouth for a long time.

The practical, handy 3 liter container contains a plastic bag specially developed and approved for olive oil, with a drain tap.
The desired amount of olive oil can be easily removed.
The big advantage is that the oil in the container does not come with oxygen
or light in contact.
This results in a longer shelf life and the aromas of the oil are retained for longer.
