Galia melon, also called net melon. The melon, which is yellow on the outside and has a rough, net-like but thin rind, has a green-white, sweet, aromatic flesh on the inside and a stimulating, intense scent.
One of the few melons that continue to ripen. After cutting, store in the refrigerator for no longer than 3 days.
