The beloved traditional quince jelly of Portuguese grandmothers is now produced by Beirabaga.
It is a reddish, translucent Beirabaga quince jelly with a very pleasant, aromatic quince flavor. It has a soft texture.
This Beirabaga quince jelly is ideal with Maria cookies, on toast or for coating and filling cakes. Goes very well with cottage cheese and quark.
Made from national quinces selected in Beira Baixa.
