The fine Atlantic mackerel fillets, prepared, cleaned and filleted by hand using the traditional method. Seasoned with carrots, onions, cloves and chili, they are marinated in a remarkable and exquisite extra virgin olive oil.
A recipe with more than 20 years of history. Silver medal at the 2022 National Competition for Traditional Portuguese Canned Fish. A true specialty of the Algarve, perfected in Olhão.
