Oregano flowers are the flowers cut from dried bushes. The epitome of Mediterranean cuisine. One immediately thinks of pizza, pasta and aromatic tomato sauce.
Oregano is rich in essential oils, i.e. flavors and fragrances. Its scent alone is appetizing. Gently dried at below 40°C.
