The white bean, “feijao branco” in Portuguese, is a small bean with a savory taste. The Brazilian variety is white on the outside and remains white even after cooking. To be prepared in salads, in soup, for borage in moussaka with feta, as a puree, or in bean casserole.

    Use:
    Soak overnight, approximately 8-12 hours
