The onion is an all-rounder and an essential ingredient in the kitchen. They give many dishes the necessary kick.
Onions contain many vitamins, minerals and essential oils. But the sulfur-containing amino acids, essential oils and peptides in particular make the onion a true all-rounder.
Ground onions (onion powder). For quick cooking, aromatic and ready to use, tasty and healthy. No tears when cutting onions. Finely ground for all the onion flavor without the bits.
Particularly recommended for refining vegetable and meat dishes.
