It is a mature goat cheese made from semi-hard or hard dough, white in color with a hard white rind.
The goat cheese has an intense and pronounced taste and aroma.
Reserva cheese is a cheese that undergoes a special maturation process after its production. This maturation culminates in a final taste test by master cheesemakers who assess whether the batch is a Reserva. Only lots with special requirements in terms of texture, bark, aroma and taste are worthy of the name Reserva.
Recommended consumption:
This goat cheese can be eaten on its own, with bread and jam or with fruit.
It is recommended to serve it as an appetizer or dessert with meals. In the kitchen, it can be grated and served with salad or pasta. A white port wine or a fresh, young white table wine goes well with this.
The weight varies between 450g-500g as it is a natural product.
