How to properly unmold the traditional Creme Pudding:
The manufacturer O Pudim da TV recommends carefully loosening the pudding from the mold using a toothpick or a thin skewer. Proceed as follows:
- First, remove the lid of the packaging.
- Take a toothpick or a thin wooden skewer.
- Carefully run the toothpick along the inside walls of the packaging to detach the pudding from the edge.
- Place a plate on top of the packaging and carefully invert both together. Insert the toothpick sideways so that air can enter and the vacuum can escape.
- Slowly lift the packaging – the pudding should now be centered on the plate.
Tip: If the pudding does not release immediately, gently repeat step 3 and allow some air to re-enter.
