Oolong tea from Fujian Province in the Wuji Mountains of China has a short fermentation time. Therefore it has a sweet, floral taste with a fruity character and a slightly earthy aroma.
Since oolong tea is only partially oxidized, the caffeine content is lower compared to conventional black tea, but it retains a full aroma.
