Pastor Serrano Queijo amanteigado is a Portuguese sheep's milk cheese that develops a buttery taste through a special aging process.
The cheese has a soft, creamy texture and a rich, mild aroma derived from the sheep's milk.
Its flavor is slightly salty and delicately spicy, with a hint of nuttiness. Very pleasant on the palate. This cheese is a delicate specialty and goes well with various dishes.
Great for social gatherings, a night in front of the TV, or simply enjoyed on its own.
Awarded the national medal: Best Taste 2023.
