This bitter orange marmalade from Beirabaga, made in the English style, is a true delight – it's no wonder it won gold medals at international competitions in 2016 and 2019. Produced from sun-ripened oranges grown on the company's own orchard, it impresses with its intense, natural aroma and outstanding quality.
The recipe originally comes from nuns who worked without artificial additives – and that's still the case today:
✔ No gelling agent
✔ No preservatives, colorings or artificial flavorings
✔ Only ripe fruit, sugar or honey
The jam is gently cooked to preserve its full flavor and fresh fruit notes. Whether for breakfast, in yogurt, for baking, or as a delicate accompaniment to cheese – a culinary highlight from Portuguese tradition.
An award-winning fruit spread for true connoisseurs.
