As a spice, coriander seeds go well with fish and meat dishes, are contained in gingerbread and other baked goods, are used in jams, sausages, pies, ham, mustard, sauces and marinades, the oil and seeds are also used in liqueurs and vermouth drinks (e.g. gin ).
