Fresh, lemony taste, strongly fragrant. To refine salads, meat, fish, poultry and mushroom dishes, puddings, ice cream, or as an addition to the icing of lemon cakes. The aroma of lemon verbena has a stimulating, uplifting effect and can be easily added to potpourris. Drink it pure as a tea infusion or with mate tea, hot or cold, or for smoking.
