Use:
A nutty, good-tasting food that is very versatile. Whether in pastries, bread, desserts or muesli. Very decorative on fresh salads, in a vegetable pan raw or lightly roasted (then it has a nice nutty aroma). Thanks to the high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids, the perfect ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 (3:1) and all 8 essential amino acids, hemp can make an ideal contribution to the daily diet and supply of vital substances.
