The Jumbo 180 cashew kernels from India are for true cashew lovers: these exceptionally large, carefully selected kernels impress with their pleasantly mild, delicately nutty flavor and a satisfying crunch.

The designation 180 refers to an especially large grade. With cashew kernels, the rule is: the lower the number, the larger the individual kernel. These jumbo cashews are therefore perfect for snacking on their own and also look great in nut mixes, muesli, bowls, or as a topping.

The cashews are harvested when ripe and initially sun-dried. Afterward, they are steam-treated, shelled, and gently dried at only 38 °C. This creates natural cashew kernels in raw food quality – without roasting and without added salt.
