With the Guarda Rios Rosé from the Monte da Ravasqueira winery, you will discover an expressive rosé wine from the heart of Alentejo. The Aragonez and Syrah grape varieties thrive on mineral-rich clay-limestone and granite soils, giving this wine its special character.

Guarda Rios stands for vibrancy and origin. Inspired by the kingfishers ("Guarda Rios") that have settled around the estate's water landscapes, this wine embodies freshness, dynamism, and a harmonious interplay of fruit and structure.

In the winery, the grapes are vinified at controlled low temperatures to optimally preserve the delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, while a portion of the wine is aged in French oak barrels. The result is an elegant rosé with balanced freshness and subtle depth.
