Galia melon, also known as netted melon. This melon, yellow on the outside with a rough, net-like, but thin rind, has green and white, sweet, aromatic flesh and an invigorating, intense fragrance.
One of the few melons that ripens after being cut. Once cut, do not store in the refrigerator for more than 3 days.
