Green tomato fruit spread based on an old Algarve recipe. Still little known in Germany. A popular variant here in Portugal.
The fruit spreads are made without colorings or preservatives and with fruit and vegetables from our own production and are known for their quality and refined taste. They are sold in several gourmet shops in Portugal and other countries. Some leading hotel chains have also chosen this fruit spread to pamper their guests.
