Produced by a small farmers' cooperative in Peru.
Selected beans are harvested by hand. 100% pure cocoa powder, defatted (11% fat). After cleaning, the dried beans are dehulled, and their kernels are extracted and fermented to reduce their initial bitterness. The beans are then roasted. The kernels are coarsely ground and pressed, the fat (cocoa butter) is separated, and the resulting dry paste is finely ground into pure cocoa powder.
A purely natural product without added sugar or other additives or preservatives.
The manufacturer guarantees that a temperature of 45°C will not be exceeded.
The fat content is between 10-15%.
