The production of the dog chew root is complex and time-consuming:
-after harvesting, the roots are watered for 1 year
-this causes the root pieces to lose their root juices
-and are cold-fermented and freed from tannins and bitter substances
-The pieces are then drummed, which gives them a beautiful, rounded shape
-after drying, the roots are brushed by hand
