Sein Aufguss verströmt eine zarte, beruhigende Kräuternote, begleitet von einem Hauch blumiger Süße und einer mild‑erdigen Tiefe. Am Gaumen bietet er einen harmonischen Geschmack, der sanft zur Ruhe führt – perfekt für entspannte Augenblicke am Abend oder kleine Auszeiten im Alltag.

Zubereitungsempfehlung:
1–2 Teelöffel der getrockneten Blätter mit heißem Wasser (ca. 90 °C) übergießen, 5–8 Minuten ziehen lassen. Anschließend abseihen und pur genießen oder mit einem Hauch Honig verfeinern.
