Bio Baldrian-Tee von Ervas da Zoé. Sorgfältig aus getrockneten Blättern der Baldrianpflanze (z. B. Valeriana officinalis) gewonnen, spiegelt dieser Tee die Reinheit und Tiefe der mediterranen Kräuterwelt wider.

Zubereitung:
Geben Sie 1–2 Teelöffel getrockneter Baldrian-Blätter in eine Tasse, übergießen Sie mit ca. 90 °C heißem Wasser und lassen Sie den Tee 5–8 Minuten ziehen. Danach abseihen und in Ruhe genießen – pur oder mit einem Hauch Honig.
